About Us
The New Brunswick Asphalt User Producer Group (NBUPG) is a non-governmental, non-political, non
religious and non-profit organization established under the laws of the Province of New
Brunswick. The main goal of the Group is to promote and foster effective development production, design, placement, and re-use of bituminous materials.
OUR MISSION
To provide a vehicle for all the stakeholders in the New Brunswick hot mix asphalt concrete (HMA) industry to exchange information and promote the effective and efficient use of HMA.
